Path to Performance

Train Smarter,
Not Harder

The common belief is that training hard and pushing is the key to getting better. In fact, the opposite is true — train smarter, not harder, and unlock the performance of your life.

The Four Phases

The Path,
Step by Step

Performance is built in order. Each phase makes the next one possible — from being healthy and available, to sustainable wellness, to training hard without fear, to mining the gold on top.

Health

The foundational stage. More important than performance is being significantly free from pain with your injuries fully rehabilitated so you're available to play. Efficient movement patterns take unnecessary strain off joints and muscles. Training without this foundation leads to chronic pain and time on the injured list — the first goal is to eliminate that pattern.

Wellness

Once Health is achieved, we make it sustainable — free of recurring pain, with real injury resistance and a strong "athletic feel." Moving well and pain-free, recovery is faster and performance improvements show up on their own, because you're no longer operating through compromised movement.

Fitness

With sustained Wellness and a full season's load behind you, you can finally train hard without fear of injury — with the awareness and ability to push in the right ways to build strength, endurance, and fitness in preparation for the next season.

Performance Gold

You now have the foundation and the adaptable system to "mine for the gold" that puts performance over the top. Whatever your goal, you've released the brakes — and your nervous system will let you achieve results that weren't possible before.

How We Help You
Along the Path

A focused approach targeting the governor and controller of your pain and performance — your nervous system.
Complete assessment and training of all systems responsible for quality movement: visual, vestibular, proprioceptive, and respiratory.
A truly customized plan for each phase that gives your nervous system exactly what it needs, every session.
The 4 Pillars of Neural Performance Training

Train the Inputs,
Not Just the Output

Everything you do on the field or court is an output of your brain — how quickly you react, the choices you make, how you move. Every action in sport runs through one loop:

INPUT→the brain interprets & decides→OUTPUT

The quality of your outputs is set by the quality of your inputs. Traditional training is output-focused — strengthen, stretch, "run faster." Neural Performance Training trains the inputs: what does your brain need more of to make a better output?

See Well
See WellVisual

See more, process quicker, react sooner. In sport the edge is rarely who's faster — a quarter-second decides the sack or the touchdown, the strikeout or the line drive.

Balance Well
Balance WellVestibular

Control your center of gravity from every angle — a rarely tapped reflexive function that creates stability and easy, effortless power.

Move Well
Move WellProprioceptive

Own your body — every joint, every range, every speed, under load. This builds movement fluency, strength, resilience, and injury resistance.

Integrate Well
Integrate WellIntegration

Your brain blends all three, all the time, to create movement. Train each individually, then together — the performance of your life.

The FE Daily
Protocol

Your plan doesn't live in a binder — it lives in an app that re-modulates it every morning. Three minutes of check-in tells your nervous system's story for the day, and the platform turns it into an exact prescription.

3 MIN
Morning check-in. A validated cognitive-vigilance assessment measures how fast your brain is actually processing right now — paired with waking autonomic data, scored against your personal baseline.
SCORE
Readiness score + tier. Neural and autonomic data combine into a daily readiness score and a color tier — objective, not how you feel.
RX
Today's exact prescription. A brief movement assessment identifies what your nervous system needs as an input today — three to four targeted drills, modulated daily.
BET
Brain Endurance Training. Fully periodized cognitive training through SOMA — the same approach shown to improve reaction time, agility, and error rates in peer-reviewed research.
GREEN
Full Availability
Full intent. Maximum load available. The system is available — use it.
YELLOW
Reduced Ceiling
Ready but not at full capacity. Quality over volume. Neural work stays full.
AMBER
Neural Inputs Primary
Get loose and ready. The brain needs input today, not output.
RED
Protect the System
Light movement only. The system is telling you something — listen.
